Dr. Dulce Amor Miravite, city health officer, said in a virtual presser Friday night they represent some 0.4 percent of the 401,694 individuals who either received their first or second dose of Covid-19 vaccines. Breakthrough infection is described as someone found with SARS-CoV-2 in their system 14 days after completing their single-or two-dose Covid-19 vaccine. "These are persons who have been vaccinated partially and those who are fully vaccinated who were infected with Covid-19," she said.
