(Courtesy of PSA) MANILA - A total of 11,254,609 million Filipinos, residing in the National Capital Region (NCR) and seven provinces, have completed the Step 2 application process for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) project as of October 5. In an advisory released Tuesday, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said NCR-Camanava (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela) and seven provinces each surpassed the one-million mark in the biometrics registration.
