PH logs 1,591 new Covid-19 cases, lowest in nearly 8 months
(PNA file photo by Jess Escaros) MANILA - The Department of Health (DOH) on Wednesday logged 1,591 new cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), the lowest single-day number of infections in nearly eight months. In its daily Covid-19 bulletin, the agency said this brought the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 2,793,898.
