A French-style manor once owned by San Antonio construction contractor, developer and serial entrepreneur Terry Thrift Jr. has hit the market for just shy of $1.7 million. Thrift, who died in 2017 at the age of 96, started out as a homebuilder but expanded into real estate development and eventually into software and credit card collections businesses, according to his obituary.
