100 Million Johnson & Johnson Covid-19 Vaccines Possibly Contaminated May 20, 2021 100 million doses of the Johnson and Johnson Covid-19 vaccine could possibly be contaminated. One of the violations reported is cross contamination because the plant also makes ingredients for AstraZeneca’s Covid-19 vaccine. Federal Health officials say they’re investigating and will decide if any of the doses are safe to use.
