Indian television industry's popular quiz game show Kaun Banega Crorepati has been entertaining audiences for over a decade now. In 2020, the show returned with its twelfth season and amid the lockdown and pandemic, kept the viewers glued to their television screens. Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan has returned as the host for the tenth time.
The current season has a few changes in the format in lieu of the ongoing global pandemic situation. Instead of Audience Poll lifeline, this season has Video Call a friend. No live audience is allowed this season and only the family members of the contestants can enter the sets.
