Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, in his plea in the Bombay High Court seeking bail, has said the NCB was "misinterpreting" his WhatsApp chats to implicate him in the case of seizure of banned drugs.
While denying bail to Aryan Khan, the special court had noted that the WhatsApp chats of Aryan Khan prima facie revealed he was indulging in "illicit drug activities on a regular basis" and that he was in touch with drug peddlers.
The Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) has opposed the bail plea of Aachit Kumar in connection to the drug bust case while citing his WhatsApp chats with Aryan Khan where they were discussing about drugs. According to the NCB, it was Aachit Kumar, who at times had supplied ganja or weed to Aryan Khan.
In his bail plea filed before the Bombay High Court in connection to the drug bust case, Aryan Khan said this is a "case of no evidence" and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) was "misinterpreting" his WhatsApp chats.
