We're seeing here. an entire structure coming down. but you see things like this aacross the. that was the ripping off of the wind for hours and hours and hours. there are chain link fences down, gates down, trees, electrical poles, no sense of when the power is coming back up here, but one thing there isn't here, garrett, is flooding. this is a below sea level city and they spent $16 billion since hurricane katrina landed which was 16 years ago yesterday. there are places in louisiana and neighboring parishes where you have seen an increase in flood levels, but not here in any meaningful way ...
