The Uttar Pradesh government plans to link the details of newly-wed couples with DBT and Aadhaar to prevent fraud in the Chief Minister s Mass Marriage Scheme. Marriage certificates will be given on the spot with the bride and groom s photos on them. The government aims to create a mechanism within two weeks by linking with DBT and Aadhaar.
