Addressing mediapersons on Wednesday, in charge Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone I) Tejal Patel said, "An investigation had been ordered by the district collector to probe the fire that broke out... The team analysed CCTV camera footage of 120 hours and the suspect could be seen entering the building before the fire and exiting after the blaze. On being questioned, he confessed to the crime."
