Richard Haeusler MARQUETTE — The Richard Haeusler Memorial Science Scholarship was recently established at Bay College to assist a full-time freshman student pursuing a degree in science. Haeusler was a biology and math professor at Bay College for over 30 years. He was also the chairman of the mathematics/science division before retiring in June 2000. Haeusler “supported and encouraged many students throughout his life and took pride in helping students succeed,” according to organizers.
