THE two men convicted of the killing of Aaron Pill have been sentenced to a minimum of 21 years each for his murder. Kane Coggin, 27, of Meadowbank, Mylor Bridge and Liam Bastow, 24, of Avalon Close, Mylor Bridge were unanimously found guilty of murder by a jury at Truro Crown Court on December 2. The family of Falmouth murder victim Aaron Pill have been praised for their "dignity" at the conclusion of a trial that saw two men sentenced to life in prison. Liam Bastow, 25, and Kane Coggin, 27, had pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to the manslaughter of 25-year-old Aaron Pill on May 5 this year, but were found guilty of murder by a jury at Truro Crown Court earlier this month.
