India News: The first Aastha train from Goa to Ayodhya carrying 2000 devotees has set off on its journey. Organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the train was bid farewell by Goa's Chief Minister, Pramod Sawant, and local leaders. The Goa Cabinet of Ministers will also visit Ram Mandir on February 15. Indian Railways is running more than 200 Aastha special trains to Ayodhya for the darshan of Ram Lalla in the newly-built Ram Mandir.
Sawant said he along with all the state cabinet ministers will visit Ayodhya on February 15 when everyone, including those who have travelled by the train from Goa, will offer prayers to Lord Ram.
The first Aastha train from Goa has departed for Ayodhya with approximately 2000 devotees. The train was flagged off by the Chief Minister of Goa, Pramod Sawant. The Indian Railways is operating over 200 Aastha special trains from various cities and towns across India to Ayodhya for the darshan of Ram Lalla in the newly-built Ram Mandir.
Those booked to travel on the special Ayodhya train include people attached to various social groups. State BJP president K.Surendran, who is on a statewide yatra ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, will receive the train at Kottayam railway station. �� First ‘Aastha’ Ayodhya Special Train From Thiruvananthapuram To Be Flagged Off From Kochuveli Railway Station on February 9.
