Slain Journalists Families Urge Warring Parties to End Violence On this day in 2018, 9 Afghan journalists, including TOLOnews cameraman Yar Mohammad Tokhi, were killed in a deadly attack in Kabul. Tokhi had worked for TOLO TV and TOLOnews for 12 years. The blast happened when the journalists were at the scene to report on an early explosion.
