Court gives Ofanko robber 15yrs jail sentence An Accra Circuit Court, presided over by Mrs Afia Owusu Appiah, has sentenced a 26 year old, Bala Zakariah, into 15 years imprisonment for robbery related offences. Zakariah was convicted after the court found him guilty, even though he pleaded not guilty to the counts of conspiracy to commit crime and robbery. The judgement was in relation to the facts presented before the court by Chief Inspector Gulliver Tenkorang, who mentioned complainants in the case as Phil Aquila Appiah and Abel Kyere.
