perform: Ability to perform - The Economic Times
The mindset we adopt influences our performance. We can adopt an attitude of pessimism, optimism or realism. Of the three, the realist has the right and most sensible attitude. He responds to the situation with a clear head and an even clearer sense of purpose, doing his utmost, whatever it entails and whenever it must be done. The optimist does little or even nothing because he does not see the problem.
