NBI Officer-In-Charge Director Eric B. Distor on Wednesday, March 17. identified those arrested last March 11 as Barangay Balanac Chairman Dennis Olipano, Michael Abad, Randy delos Reyes, Danilo Noriel and Abner Davac.
