Detroit Lakes Development Authority looks to increase industrial park lot prices
At a meeting of the Detroit Lakes Development Authority on Dec. 7, members weighed the possibility of raising lot prices on the city's industrial park to keep up with costs and comparable pricing to other municipalities' lots. A recent appraisal estimate of the North Tower Road industrial park came in at $2.7 million, according to the city's community development director.
