let me ask you this question. because obviously, we are in totally uncharted territory here. right? we have not dealt with this before. even though other countries have all the time. in the abstract, there is a question, if we have an incredibly decentralized system in this country as far as justice goes, of jurisdictions, thousands of local prosecutors you can imagine a rogue prosecutor, politically motivated, issuing an arrest for hillary clinton, for example. and so, there is this question of how is power being deployed and how do you think about it in sort of a slippery slope sense? do you worry about this uncorking something like that? look, i think we need to worry about it. but at the same time we need to be wary our duty to uphold the rule of law. ....
