CEPO warns of looming ethnic cleansing in greater Jonglei The advocacy outfit, Community Empowerment for Progress Organization (CEPO), has warned of looming 'genocide' in South Sudan’s Greater Pibor Administrative Area (GPAA) as inter-communal clashes escalate there.
