Massive Jute cultivation begins in Narsingdi 196 NARSINGDI, April 23, 2021 (BSS)- Massive jute cultivation has started in all six upazilas of the district with a hope of growing more jute, the important cash crop of Bangladesh. According to the Department of Agriculture Extension (DAE), a total of 3,740 hectares of land has been brought under the jute cultivation in all the upazilas here during the current season.
