WEST CHESTER — The Virginia man who had an illicit sexual affair with a Chester County teenager after meeting her online, but who said he thought she was an adult, has been sentenced. Chester County Common Pleas Court Judge Analisa Sondergaard, who presided over defendant Shawn Taylor’s trial last year, sentenced the man to a total of eight to 16 years in jail, which must be served in a state prison.
