Something else going on? >> well you know, i think if i have learned anything in this job it's not trying to figure out why vladimir putin does the things he does. we're not worried about why he's doing them we're worried abwhat he's doing. that's what we're watching and what we're focused on. we're going to be very clear if this type of behavior continues there will be other costs. the longer the costs and sanctions are in place the greater impact they have. we are very prepared to stay the course up the pressure and get them back to a better place. >> you saw the results from the exit polls....
