It's the type of training called crew resource management or crm. originally it was designed to prevent accidents. it empowered everybody. flight attendants, dispatchers, other pilots, any time they saw another pilot doing what they thought was a mistake, they had immunity and were actually encouraged to report that. now that was primarily an accident prevention program but perhaps we need to revisit this training and include behavioral disorders also because clearly the people that are in the cockpit are probably the ones that have had a chance to watch him closest for the longest period of t...
