The officer employed, was it proportionate to the threat then posed? i think the answer is probably no. seems to me to be resoundingly no. and then the third aspect did the officer act reasonably as any officer would under those circumstances? i think that could potentially be no and to me it is no. why do i say this? certainly would cry out for potential charges, investigation, certainly dismissal of the officer. in summary, officers are out there serving for communities every single day, risking their lives. when an officer missteps there needs to be accountability. i see accountability comi...
