Everybody is talking about charlie. that has maximum winds from the center only out 25 miles. these maximum winds are about 70. and it will go to about 100, which we had the other day. i am concerned about tampa bay as we get the system north of you because that's when the storm surge would come in from a north and westerly track. i'm also concerned about jacksonville because some of the accumulation rates for land fall put quite a large amount. as you get the bands of rain in here, significant flooding in jacksonville and what is i believe st. john's river. so we will continue to watch that. ...
