Been duplicated and put onto the list with two separate routes. i don't put a number on that because it is very fluid but we are focused on the original uk eligible people and the arat scheme, and we will get out as many people as we can, and as we have said on many occasions, we will not be able to get everybody out as we can say the second phase is just as important as the first, that there is a route to reach the uk through hubs in the region and possibly to the high commission, and people can get to the uk through there rather than having to put themselves in the hands of people smugglers....
