French Social Chamber Rules on Macron Scale and Unfair Dismissals
The Social Chamber of the Court of Cassation today issued long-awaited rulings on compensation scale if dismissal lacks serious cause. Macron Scale appears in Labour Code Article L. 1235-3, says if so, judge may offer employee reinstatement or employer-paid indemnity.
