Anglesey over 60s to benefit from new fitness programme
Môn Actif have recently launched a new activities programme to encourage Anglesey residents aged 60 years and over to keep active during the Coronavirus pandemic. The new fitness programme includes a weekly schedule of low intensity fitness classes which can be accessed online.
