22 Dec 2020 The Chelsea Foundation has this week delivered Christmas hampers to our Activate Seniors participants and the Youth Action Alliance (YAA) for distribution to families most in need. It is around this time of year when participants on our Activate Seniors programme would enjoy a Christmas lunch at Stamford Bridge and socialise with fellow participants.
