Charge dropped against Whitehorse taxi driver ticketed for not wearing mask while driving wife home
A justice of the peace has dismissed a charge of failing to wear a mask in an indoor public space against a taxi driver who was ticketed after an enforcement officer saw him driving without a mask while carrying a passenger — the driver's wife.
