The presidency has been able to exercise. if adam should has a problem he could've challenged that in court but he chose not to, witnesses and other documents to be produced. this entire process almost unreasonable for any participation for the executive branch, never due process, constitutional rights for outside, don't have attorneys present, we don't have the opportunity to introduce rebuttal evidence. this is a continuation of the same sham process. in the case of jerry nadler we have to give up our due process rights, rights to privilege in order to have fair participation in the hearing....
