Two charged in Houma human-trafficking investigation Two men were arrested Tuesday in a Houma human-trafficking investigation. Estill D. King, 53, of Napoleonville, and Adam L. Stingley, 24, of Houma, are each charged with human trafficking and first-degree rape, Houma Police said. The investigation began Friday after an Assumption Parish resident reported a sexual assault that occurred in Houma, police said.
