Pella All-State Speech Student Thankful for Opportunity to Perform
Several Tulip City high school students have recently earned the highest possible honor in speech competitions. The Iowa High School Speech Association announced All-State nominations from individual performances. Will Rasmussen of Pella High School is a multiple time individual and large group All-State nominee, and he’s thankful for the opportunities he’s had to perform with friends during his four years at the school.
