The Delhi High Court Monday said it cannot close its eyes to the fact that the air quality in the national capital was oscillating between 'very poor' and 'severe'.
According to the Air Quality Index, the AQI will remain in the ‘very poor’ category for the next 5 days.
The Supreme Court on Monday asked states in the National Capital Region, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab to file affidavits showing their compliance with the directions issued by the Commission for 'Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas’ for curbing air pollution
