Property specialists to market Arcadia stores Property consultants Jackson Criss and GCW have reportedly been appointed to market more than 30 Arcadia Group stores. Administrator Deloitte has appointed Jackson Criss to sell the freehold of more than 12 Arcadia stores, Property Week reported. The auditing firm has also appointed property firm GCW to offload around 20 Arcadia freeholds. In total, around 30 former Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins and Burton stores will be marketed with vacant possession.
