Cyber Monday spending reached a record high of $11.3 billion this year as retailers doled out heavy discounts in order to drive demand, according to new data.
As of 6 p.m. EST (2300 GMT) on Friday, Adobe data showed shoppers spent an estimated $7.28 billion online.
Cyber Monday spending is expected to break an all-time record with consumers projected to spend between $11.2 billion and $11.6 billion. Black Friday sales also set a new record.
