Birmingham's RESTORE juvenile re-entry program aims to help youth placed in state custody

RESTORE is a partnership with the City of Birmingham, Jefferson County Family Court, Jefferson County Family Resource Center and Jefferson County Juvenile Detention Center. The program is expected to serve 120 juveniles over a 12–month period.
