Kirksville High School senior, Julia Chapman placed 1st in Prose Reading at the April 22, MSHSAA Speech, Debate, and Theatre Championships held at Missouri State University in Springfield. Joining Chapman on the state team was junior Addison Hodges, who competed in Poetry Reading.
