In a reply to an application submitted under Right to Information (RTI) Act by S Amaresh of Right To Information Study Centre, the BBMP assistant revenue officer (advertisement – east) stated that no demand notice was served to the management of the Chinnaswamy Stadium in the last 10 years.
Meanwhile, social activists demanded the authorities act tough against the defaulters who have been earning revenue without paying the advertisement fee for utilising the BBMP land to put up hoardings.
