Would be the policy change on this matter under the trump administration. and we have obtained that memo here tonight. this is the memo. it's from december 2017, and what it says basically is actually some of these scammed for-profit college students should pay back their loans, they should be on the hook for that money. the idea as laid out in this memo is that the students must have gotten some benefit from these scam schools. if the department could show that these people ended up working in jobs that paid them more than if they had not gone to the school on average looking at it statistica...
