A Berea man was arrested after discharging a firearm outside his apartment. Victor Davis, 33, Berea, was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree promoting contraband after he was arrested by Berea police on Saturday. According to a citation, an officer was dispatched in reference to a shots fired complaint. When the officer arrived on the scene, they searched the area along with other officers. A witness who resided in the same apartment complex said the shots fired came from one of the apartment residences.
