As authorities extend their dragnet over land, sea and air, the renegade sea otter known as '841' continues to evade capture while snacking on shellfish.
A swimmer sustained severe injuries, and some other victims were attacked by a dolphin while on a beach in Japan.
The otter, born in captivity but released to the wild, has been recently showing signs of aggressive behavior, according to wildlife officials.
