Help with heating costs for seniors, disabled individuals [Gallipolis Daily Tribune, Ohio] Dec. 14—GALLIA COUNTY — The Area Agency on Aging District 7 (AAA7) and the Ohio Development Services Agency wants to remind Ohioans that assistance is available to help with their home energy bills. The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) helps Ohioans at or below 175 percent of the federal poverty guidelines pay their heating bills. Chronic pain self-management telephone class Submitted story Wellness classes provided by the Area Agency on Aging District 7 (AAA7) are continuing over the phone due to the coronavirus pandemic. Beginning Jan. 13 through Feb. 17, 2021, the AAA7 will be offering a chronic pain self-management program through a telephone conference call. Classes will be held weekly on Wednesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The format will allow the AAA7 to connect and support class participants while they learn valuable tools to deal with chronic pain.
