Resources for Leisure Assets (RLA) was congratulated for its high level of expertise and excellent professional approach for the Messilah Beach leisure development in Kuwait.

The project was named best mixed-use architecture Africa & Middle East at the international property awards 2020-2021.
RLA was engaged by the Kuwait Government Tourism entity Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC) in 2018 to conceptualise the project and develop the strategic and financial planning to ensure its viability and sustainability.
The TEC planned to upgrade and renovate the original Messilah Beach Club, which was first opened in the late 1980 s, to create exciting recreational and entertainment experiences for the citizens and residents of Kuwait. ....
