Covid Hits Hard NAC's Aids Levy Collection, Operations

By Robert Tapfumaneyi NATIONAL Aids Council (NAC) said its operations were severely hampered by the Covid-19 pandemic as its main source of revenue, the Aids Levy, comes from the tax base.
