A statement from the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) said that BIF IV India Infrastructure Holding (DIFC), ISQ Asia Infrastructure Investments, Anchorage Infrastructure Investments Holdings, and Elpis Ventures also participated in the Request for quotation (RFQ). “These companies will now undergo technical evaluation.
