Raj Thackeray was on Saturday granted bail by Vashi court in toll plaza vandalism case.
Thackeray appeared before the Vashi JMFC court at CBD-Belapur on Saturday. He was served a summons in an FIR registered against him at Vashi police station for allegedly provoking his party workers to vandalise toll plazas in protest against the toll collection. The incident dates back to 2014.
Reportedly, large banners and posters were put up at the same toll plaza ahead of Thackeray’s visit to the court. Several workers also gathered near the toll naka and the court.
