Deceased: Alan Carrillo | Hispanic male | January 6, 1986 An Austin police officer was driving southbound on Ed Bluestein Boulevard when he passed by the construction area in the 3000 block and noted an oddly-positioned vehicle against a concrete wall. Upon approach, the officer realized the vehicle had been involved in a crash. He located the sole occupant, Alan Carillo, and found no pulse. He immediately began CPR until Austin Fire Department personnel arrived to take over.
