Spike Lee and Denzel Washington are reuniting for a remake of Akira Kurosawa's High and Low.

Spike Lee and Denzel Washington are reuniting for a High and Low remake of Akira Kurosawa's classic crime drama.

Spike Lee will reunite with Denzel Washington for "High and Low," an adaptation of the Akira Kurosawa film, for Apple Original Films and A24.

The remake will be a collaboration with A24, which will put the movie out in theaters; and Apple Original Films, which will release the movie globally via its AppleTV+ platform.
